5 Stages of Team Development

A 2012 e-learning module add-on for an ILT on agile project leadership. Deployed in the flipped-classroom strategy, access the interactive PowerPoint presentation was provided as additional participant content. This module introduces Tuckman’s stages of team development model. At the time, ad hoc teams were learning new ways of working, measured by burndown pacing, while progressing through the stages.
