Event Planning Activity

A learning activity implemented in 2018 to introduce collaborative patterns and their impact on project performance. The activity primed a lesson on integrated project team roles and dynamics. Initial design included a case study pertinent to the client’s need. This version is among other general cases created and deployed to elicit similar results.
