Summary

A 2016 job aid for new designers of instructional systems. Training rooted in performance improvement has various steps ranging from analysis of alternatives to knowledge management and maintenance. As a job aid, consultants can tackle end-to-end performance improvement with workforce assessments, process analysis, relationship management, and impact measurement (i.e. Kirkpatrick model). This guide was created in-house and distributed to contractors to drive change by evidence-based value.
